Kyle was introduced into set design after spending his childhood obsessed with theatre. Growing up on a farm, he did everything he could to be involved with on-stage productions. It was there he discovered his love for design and the work it took to create and design different worlds that would help tell a story. He then went on to study Theatre Design and Production at Purdue University. After receiving his diploma, Kyle immediately moved to NYC and began working with Mary Howard directly on all of her design projects.
In the years following, Kyle worked alongside Mary Howard with world-renowned photographers such as Steven Meisel, Annie Leibovitz, and Steven Klein. Kyle held a major roll in developing ideas and sets with brands such as Prada, Miu Miu, Loewe, Versace, Moschino, Zara, American and Italian Vogue, Givenchy, and Chloe. From this experience working with high-end clients and brands, Kyle has moved on to create sets for Louis Vuitton, Neiman Marcus, Ferragamo, Dover Street Market, NFL, E! Entertainment, and the CFDA foundation.
Kyle understands the need to create an experiential and lasting moment for brands in a fast paced social media environment. The desire to create unforgettable worlds drives his creative process and the work he develops today.
